Bay & bow windows that add light and space
Free Bay & Bow Window Consultation
Built to seal tight and stay warm
Insulated Head and Seat
The top and bottom of the projection are insulated and sealed to stop heat escaping through the extension.
Low-E glass and argon fill
Thin coatings bounce heat back inside, and argon between the panes slows heat loss and cuts condensation.
Weathertight Corners
Every joint in the assembly is sealed and flashed to keep drafts, rain and snow out of the projection.
Fusion-welded frames
Reinforced, welded corners hold each unit in the assembly square through years of heating and cooling.

We recently moved into a new home and quickly noticed some issues with drafts from the windows and concerns with the front door security. Reached out to Entry Edge and Mike and Rob were great from the start. They helped us get everything sorted quickly and had our new door and windows installed within a really solid timeline. The whole process felt smooth and well handled. Really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them.Posted on Google![]()

We had our old double front door replaced by Entry Edge and the difference is night and day. The old doors had draft issues and never felt very secure. Mike and Rob helped us design a solid fiberglass door that looks great and feels much safer. Super happy with how everything turned out and the overall experience.Posted on Google![]()

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a bay and a bow window?
A bay window is made of three units, a large flat centre with two angled sides, giving a bold, faceted projection. A bow window uses four or more equal units in a gentle curve for a softer, rounded look. Both project outward and add light and space.
Do bay and bow windows add usable space?
Yes. Because they extend beyond the wall, they create a ledge inside that many homeowners use for a window seat, a reading nook, plants or a display shelf. It is one of the main reasons people choose them.
Can I open a bay or bow window?
Usually the centre is a fixed picture unit for the view, while the side units can be operating casements or awnings for ventilation. You can also build the whole assembly fixed if you only want the light and the projection.
Are bay and bow windows energy-efficient?
They can be. Because they have more glass and more corners, proper installation matters, which is why we insulate the head and seat boards, flash every joint and glaze with Low-E, argon-filled units built for the Canadian climate.
How long does installation take?
Bay and bow windows take longer than a standard replacement because the projection, roof and interior trim all need finishing. We confirm a clear timeline with you before the project begins.
Do your windows come with a warranty?
Yes. Our bay and bow windows carry manufacturer warranty coverage and our workmanship is backed by Entry Edge. You get the full written details in your quote so you know exactly what is covered.
